We sell digital CAD files delivered electronically. Returns and refunds work differently from physical goods — read carefully before purchasing.
Non-Refundable
- Once delivered / download access provided → generally non-refundable
- No refunds for change of mind or wrong design/format selection
Eligible Refunds
- Corrupted / unreadable file that cannot be replaced
- Wrong product delivered
- Duplicate payment
- Technical failure where file cannot be provided
Technical Support
- Download issues → we restore access
- Damaged file → free replacement
- Prompt help for delivery issues
Refund Review

- We may ask for details (order #, screenshot)
